What's the issue?

From CBC News: "E-commerce giant eBay Inc. is asking customers to change their passwords after a recent hack that the company says exposed customer names and passwords, but didn't manage to steal any financial information."

Do I need to change my PayPal credentials?

No. PayPal accounts were not affected by this breach.

Do I need to change my password on other sites I use?

Only if you use the same password as you use on eBay.

How do I change my eBay password?

Go to the eBay login page, click "forgot your password" and follow the instructions, or use this direct link to reset your password.
