What is it?
Search all of your Microsoft® Outlook® items; email, calendar and tasks, using a word, number or any string of text. Windows® fully indexes all of the data, and your NPC system makes it lightning fast to find all of your Outlook items for a specific person, meeting or subject.
How does it work?
- In Microsoft Outlook, click on your Inbox folder.
- Use the Search Inbox field to type in your search terms. Press Enter and the search results will load shortly. Note: Your ribbon will also automatically change to the Search Tools tab.
- If you want to search your entire Outlook, click on the All Outlook Items button, at the top left corner of the window under the Search Tools tab.
