NPC DataGuard Pro Secure Managed Computer 60-Day Trial Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This offer is available to new customers only. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Good credit standing required.

2. Limited Time Offer

This offer is valid until June 30, 2026. NPC reserves the right to limit quantities or end the promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

3. Trial Period

The trial period lasts for 60 days from the date of receiving the computer. The date of delivery marks the beginning of the trial.

4. Equipment

The computer provided is the property of NPC.

5. Return Policy

At the end of the 60-day trial, should you decide not to continue, NPC will provide you a prepaid waybill for the return. Failure to return the equipment or returning damaged equipment will result in fees. The computer must be returned within 10 days of cancellation.

6. Data Security on Return

Should you decide not to continue with NPC beyond the Trial Period, you are responsible for backing up any of your own data before returning the computer.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel the trial at any time. The Return Policy would then immediately apply.

8. Fees and Charges

No fees will be charged during the Trial Period unless you fail to return the computer or return it damaged. If you decide to proceed with the computer, standard NPC monthly product fees and lease will apply.

9. Liability

NPC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the computer during the Trial Period.

10. Service and Support

NPC will provide standard customer service and technical support during the Trial Period at no charge.

11. Changes to Terms

NPC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the computer indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The standard Terms and Conditions of our product and services apply and can be found here.
