Larry J. Keating
Founder, President and CEO
As the architect of NPC's success and the leader driving the company's rapidly growing reputation, Larry Keating understands the rigours of today's business landscape. The President and CEO of Keating Technologies (est. 1987), Larry's groundbreaking approach to outsourcing advanced technology services and solutions has delivered over $2 billion in technology products and services to Canadian businesses and consumers. A three-time national winner of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies award, he has earned a Top Ten Industry Newsmaker of the Year (2008) for his work partnering with Intel, HP and Autonomy to introduce the industry's first Notebook-as-a-Service (NaaS) solution.
Larry is regularly called upon to contribute to numerous public advisory groups concerning issues of technology and strategy. For eight years he was the founding chairman of the Ministers' Technology Advisory Group for the Province of Ontario. He has served as technical advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario for the Aboriginal Computer Literacy Program and was recognized as a Privacy by Design Ambassador by the Information & Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. Thanks to his range of contributions, as well as his role on a number of boards and advisory bodies, Larry has been awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for public service, as well as the Lieutenant Governor’s Hilary M. Weston Community Volunteer Award for distinguished public service. Larry is a speaker on a variety of topics including data security, technology trends, and economic opportunity through the adoption and deployment of new technologies and occasionally blogs for the Huffington Post.
Bill Keating
Vice President, Technology and Operations, Chief Security Officer
Counting 26 years in the information technology and customer support services field, Bill Keating brings an enviable depth of experience to NPC's executive team. A co-founder of Keating Technologies, Bill has earned a reputation for exceptional customer care, as evidenced by his numerous performance and customer satisfaction awards. He is accustomed to overseeing a team that has handled over 8.5 million multilingual support desk calls, and that has managed over one million warranty and logistics transactions with leading technology brands. Bill combines entrepreneurial drive, strategic savvy and an inspired sense of team dynamics.
James Woolley, CGA
Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Privacy Officer
NPC's administration, accounting, finance and reporting all fall under the guiding hand of James Woolley whose 20 years of finance, software and systems development experience underscores NPC's strengths. During his 18 years with Keating Technologies James helped the company to achieve record levels of profitability. As well, he is responsible for developing a proprietary activity-based costing model that helped Keating on three occasions secure recognition as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies. Prior to his work with Keating, James held the role of Corporate Group Controller for The Horn Group and also worked with Honeywell Information Systems.
